On May 15^th, 2024, Mr. Helmut Lang, Executive Director of Lindner Group AG and Mr. Georgi Ranchev, General Manager of Lozen Tech Park, have signed in the Bulgarian office of the Lindner Group in Sofia a Memorandum of establishment of an Advisory Board. The Advisory Board will be represented by three members. As a Chairman was elected Mr. Rosen Plevneliev - President of the Republic of Bulgaria 2012-2017, co-founder of Lindner Immobilien Management and Lindner Bulgaria and long-time Manager of the Bulgarian companies of the Group. As Members of the Advisory Board were elected Prof. Dr. phil. Thomas Geiß - Specialist in banking and finance, Еconomics, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Mr. Dobromir Ivanov- Executive Director of BESCO - the Bulgarian Entrepreneur Association.

The Board will provide non-binding strategic advice to the Management of Lozen Tech Park and assistance with anything from marketing to implementing projects, will provide cooperation with various cluster organizations and will promote cooperation with business and employer organizations. Last but not least, it is going to attract leading universities as part of the ecosystem and will participate as a jury member in award ceremonies related to different activities. The purpose of this initiative is to create in Lozen Tech Park an incubator for start-ups with the relevant services and infrastructure in cooperation with leading universities such as TU Sofia, UNSS, UASG, state and municipal institutions, investment funds, etc. It will be focused in operation in the field of technology innovations in construction and real estate, smart technologies and artificial intelligence in office and residential buildings, clean energy, and net zero green economy solutions.
