A new-generation high-tech park
Lozen Tech Park will develop activities to support start-ups, small, medium, and large enterprises, applied science, education, and innovation. It will create a cooperation mechanism for all stakeholders to attract them to develop their ideas and projects within the ecosystem, where strong synergistic effects will follow. Lozen Tech Park will be a platform for dialogue, ideas and knowledge exchange, innovation and experimentation, and sharing creativity, products, and solutions.
Innovations
Lozen Tech Park will function as an innovative complex combining Bulgarian and international Tech companies, R&D centers, start-ups, universities, and institutions. Lozen Tech Park will provide contemporary buildings with modern infrastructure public spaces and service areas to work and create. The tech park will support innovation projects by exchanging ideas and resources between different stakeholders - large to small companies, start-ups, educational institutions, clusters, and others. Lozen Tech Park will serve as a link between universities, talented students and professors, and the real economy. It will support capable and entrepreneurial people to realize their ideas, and it will facilitate the integration with the government and the municipal programs and institutions, in cooperation with branch, cluster, business, and employer organizations. Lozen Tech Park will provide opportunities for cooperation and participation in national and European programs, collaborations for development, production, etc.
Advantages
Certification
The project is already in the process of certification for a priority investment project. Memorandums of cooperation have already been signed with the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) as well as with the Technical University (TU) - Sofia. Lindner also plans to expand its team of R&D engineers in Bulgaria and be among the first companies working in the research field at Lozen Tech Park.
20 mil. BGN initial investment
Тhe Groundbreaking ceremony of Phase 1 of "Lozen Tech Park" took place оn June 21, 2023. Phase 1 it is an investment of around 20 million BGN.
