The Rector of TU-Sofia appealed to the students to make the most of the opportunities that are open to them and called for many more similar meetings between the academic community and business, where we can create the future together.
Mr. Rosen Plevneliev emphasized that true success in every aspect of life is not just a one-time act, but requires sustainability and sharing. He expressed his conviction that Bulgaria has the potential to be among those successful countries, whose success is based not on any exhaustible natural resources, but on innovations, and Lozen Tech Park could be the first private technology park in the Balkans, where these innovations can be realized and developed.
Аssoc. Prof. Dr. Georgi Ranchev talked more about "Lozen Tech Park", presenting the vision of the investor "Lindner" for the project - a high-tech park of a new generation, an innovative complex in which Bulgarian and international technology companies, R&D centers, start-up companies, universities and institutions can cooperate.
Mr. Dobromir Ivanov said that Bulgaria is internationally recognized as a leader in South-Eastern Europe in the development of projects and startups and takes first place in terms of the percentage of young people willing to start their own business. Our country can offer not just cheap labor, and young and talented people.
In the past year, "Lozen Tech Park" EOOD signed Memorandums of Cooperation with several universities. The purpose of this partnership with the Bulgarian academic community is to contribute to the modernization and development of technologies in the construction sector, giving a chance to young talented, ambitious and prosperous students and specialists to come forward and realize their ideas.
"Lozen Tech Park" EOOD is part of the Lindner Group, Germany. Lindner is among the first foreign investors to establish themselves on the Bulgarian real estate market, creating innovative projects such as the first Business park in Bulgaria, the first residential complex of a closed type - "Residential Park Sofia", and currently the company is developing one of the most successful residential complexes in the capital "Residential Park Lozen".
